....but I dont know what to draw.

Alot of times the best gift under the tree at christmas time is that amazing new Iphone, or the PS3. Those are all well and good, theyre alot of fun to play with until the next model comes out, or the screen breaks.

Gifts and plastic things are fun. but they dont last very long. and then theyre gone.

People can last a long time, 100 years if youre lucky. They dont go out of style. they dont break after a while. (hopefully )

two of the most important people to me in my life are my mom and dad.

I wouldent have a life without them. (not that I have much social life now HAH!)
Im not trying to be the sappy kid from a christmas carol, sometimes my parents drive me INSANE. we can yell and scream and fight, but at the end of the day where else would I rather be?

with two people who make every year...an interesting one.

I love my mom and dad, and feel like I havent exactly been fair to them in a few of these journals. thats why Im gonna clean house a little get rid of a few.

they arent super heroes (like I used to think as an ankle biter) they arent perfect. and by no means are they aiming for it !

They aim for the pursuit of happiness and all the ups and downs in between. I love both my parents with all my heart and soul. Without them I wouldent be as strong, as hopeful, as art inspired, and as alive and happy as I am today.

I hope everyone I know and love have a merry christmas, (or anything else you celebrate!) and a happy new year. :3 love lexis.

FIRST PLACE
With her drawing of my character Red Scarlett-
This drawing I thought was expcetional, a clean-cut lineart with a great deal of effort and likeness to the character. I adore how his expression isn't quite peaceful but seems to be the EXACT kind of expression this bratty little boy would have. The old style clothes are perfect for him, and his rabbit doll that he always carries with him was a NICE touch! Overall this was a beautiful piece that most deffinantly deserved First Place. The prize for this place is a fully drawn and colored picture of up to 5 characters!

SECOND PLACE
-With his drawing of my character Jazzomen Lawerence DelaConte-
I adored the overall style of this piece. he REALLY captured jazz's over all creepy demenor. The sharp angles and pen-sketch appearence is VERY pleasing to the eye. I love how the colors accent eachother, the red casusing the white pale of his face to stand out haintingly. He took a HUGE risk drawing jazz with his hair cut short and did expectionally well at it. Altogethor this is a wonderful picture and Im very pleased with the result! Second place winner gets a fully cleaned and shaded sketch of up to 4 characters!

THIRD PLACE
With her drawing of my character Dr.Sutcher-
I LOVE the action and expression of this picture. i just LOVE it. Sutcher is a very calm and dignified character as an adult, but as a child being called "the devil" and constanly picked on and bullied for being a vulcan in a human setting, he would occasionally snap and go crazy. she captured this VERY WELL. plus the overall effort and likeness is brilliant. The effects of bruises, broken bones, and blood stains of both human and vulcan blood is brilliant. and I love the looks of shock and horror on the bystanders faces. I adore this picture and amd very glad to see it done so well! The winner of third place is given a free sketch of up to three characters of thier choice!

A wonderful drawing capturing everything that is Ken! I loved the detail on the motorcycle! overall she did a wonderful job and absolutley HAD to be mentioned! I really enjoy this piece! It HAD to be counted for!

A hand-drawn and Hand-colored picture that is absolutley fabulous! I ADORE the background and the starship! He did a great job with the hair and facial features and put a great deal of effort! I enjoyed his piece very much and simply had to mention it here!

You cannot use Randy Mallahallstar. that is a character I loathe with a passion. PLEASE TRY TO USE MOR RECENT CHARACTERS XD! as in please dont go to the last part of my gallery and pick one of those characters. those are from 2-3 years ago and I hate them.

YOU CAN USE JAZZOMEN BUT THERE IS A CATCH.

ears=black
skin=deathly pale
clothes=anything striped and and long
NO SHOWING SKIN. his hands from the wirst down can be showing, other than that no. Jazz is very paranoid about LIFE. he dosent like for his skin to show. <:3
you can hide his face with his hair if you want.

Ill judge you more stirctly if you use jazz. he is my absoulte BABY. there is no character I cherish more than him. EVER.
